Morning & Evening
At MESTO, the menu lives in two moods: morning and evening.
In the morning (before 3 PM), we serve breakfast, coffee, and food that helps the day start gently.
In the evening (after 3 PM), the menu shifts toward dinner, drinks, and a slower rhythm for long conversations, events, and late meals.
How We Cook
We care a lot about what goes into each dish.
Our ingredients are selected attentively, and we regularly check the quality of the food coming out of the kitchen to keep the level consistent.
This is not just about serving food — it is about maintaining a standard we actually believe in.
Our fries are made from fresh potatoes, peeled and prepared by hand — not frozen fries from a bag.
Many things here are made by us in-house: cottage cheese, kvass, pickles, and other preparations that take more time but make the food feel real.
